Behind every polished result at Bella Trio Studio at American Tobacco Campus in Downtown Durham is a team that never stops learning, and Stephanie is a big reason why. As Education Director, she leads the training and continued education that keep our providers sharp, consistent, and current across all of our locations. You may never see this work directly, but you feel it in the quality and care of every service.

Certified as a L'Oreal Professionnel Expert, Kevin Murphy Session Stylist, Air Cutting specialist, and Tape-In Extension artist, Stephanie brings advanced, continually updated training in color, scalp health, cutting, and editorial styling. She is driven by the belief that education is what turns a good service into a great one, and she helps providers understand and communicate the reasoning behind their techniques so you feel confident and cared for.

What she loves most about the role is its ripple effect: when providers grow, you win, and the whole brand stays trustworthy and consistent from one location to the next. Stephanie also works behind the chair as a stylist at our Sutton Station and Bella Terra locations.

Away from work, she recharges by cooking for loved ones, diving into creative projects like sewing and crocheting, spending time outdoors near the water and mountains, and being around animals.
