Benefits and Eco Fee

Beginning March 1st, 2024 Bella Trio will be implementing an Employee Benefits and Eco friendly service fee. This $2 or $5 (pending cost of visit) fee will allow our company to continue to offer high level benefits to our staff as well as continuing environmental initiatives to help reduce our carbon footprint.

Cancellation Policy

Bella Trio appreciates a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will require a 50% deposit prior to rescheduling. All appointments of one hour or more will require a credit card on file at time of reservation.

Returned Checks

A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Returns

We always appreciate any feedback about your experience and are grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Bella Trio guarantees all product purchases within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in store credit unless product is returned in 14 days.

Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire. Gift cards are transferrable upon presentation of the original card.

Bella Trio guarantees all services you have received. If you were unsatisfied, we are happy to correct the service at no charge and meet your previous expectations. Requests for corrections must be made within two weeks of the original service date.

Children

Due to the relaxing nature of the Bella Trio experience, we respectfully request children to be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service.

Pets

As much as we love our furry friends, please leave your pets at home. It is against NCDHD regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless it is a service animal.

Personal Property

Bella Trio is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property or garments.
