Marlena Tarsitano is a stylist at Bella Trio Studio with a creative spirit, an outgoing personality, and a love for helping guests leave the salon feeling more confident than when they arrived.
She enjoys taking the time to understand what each guest wants while creating an experience that feels welcoming, comfortable, and personalized. Marlena is especially interested in hair color, hair treatments, kids’ cuts, and blowouts. She loves creating movement and shape through styling and enjoys the fun, unpredictable energy that comes with working with younger guests.
Her approach to hair is creative, relaxed, artistic, and honest. Marlena believes achieving your dream hair sometimes takes a plan rather than a single appointment, and she values helping guests understand what is realistic while protecting the health of their hair along the way.
Born and raised in North Carolina, Marlena loves the diversity, energy, and relationships she gets to experience through working with guests from across the Triangle. Outside the salon, she enjoys shopping, scrapbooking, coffee, binge-watching movies and shows, and going on walks to explore new places.
One piece of hair advice she will always stand behind: use heat protection. Protecting your hair from hot tools can help prevent breakage, dryness, and damage while keeping it looking and feeling healthier.
