As Education Director for Bella Trio, Stephanie leads the training and continued education that keep our providers current, consistent, and always growing. Her work happens behind the scenes, but you feel it in every chair: a team trained in advanced technique, healthy-hair practices, and the latest professional innovation. She is based at Bella Trio Salon and Spa at Sutton Station, our RTP location in Durham, and supports providers across all of our locations.

A certified L'Oreal Professionnel Expert, Kevin Murphy Session Stylist, Air Cutting specialist, and Tape-In Extension artist, Stephanie brings deep, ongoing training in color, scalp health, cutting, and editorial styling. She believes education is what separates good hair from great hair, and she is passionate about helping every provider explain the why behind their work so you leave confident and informed.

For Stephanie, raising the standard is really about people: giving providers room to grow and giving you consistent, trustworthy results no matter which stylist you see or which location you visit. She also works behind the chair as a stylist at our Sutton Station and Bella Terra locations.

Outside the salon, she loves cooking for the people she cares about, creative projects like crocheting and sewing, time outdoors near the ocean and mountains, and the company of animals. She is, above all, a lifelong learner.
