At Bella Terra in Hillsborough, as at every Bella Trio location, the standard of care comes back to education, and that is Stephanie's domain. As Education Director, she leads the ongoing training that keeps our providers current, consistent, and always improving. It is quiet, behind-the-scenes work that shows up in the quality of every appointment.

A certified L'Oreal Professionnel Expert, Kevin Murphy Session Stylist, Air Cutting specialist, and Tape-In Extension artist, Stephanie pairs deep credentials with a genuine love of teaching. She believes healthy, beautiful hair is a partnership between salon and home, and she trains providers to share that knowledge so you feel equipped long after you leave the chair.

Her favorite part of the role is watching providers grow, knowing it translates directly into better, more consistent experiences for you across the brand. Stephanie also sees guests as a stylist at our Sutton Station location in Durham and here at Bella Terra on Wednesdays.

Outside the salon, she loves cooking for the people she cares about, hands-on creative projects, time outdoors near the ocean and mountains, and the company of animals. She is a lifelong learner at heart.
