These challenges are small and do not require an endless budget and an empty calendar. Making small changes in the way your think, feel, eat, and rest can have a positive effect on your total wellbeing.
30 Day Self Care Challenge
Day 1: Write a love letter to yourself tell yourself how proud you are of yourself, how excited you are about 30 days of selfcare!
Day 2: Take a walk, short or long. Just enjoy the moment outside.
Day 3: Make a list of the things that make you happy.
Day 4: Set 3 timers today to remind yourself to stop, close your eyes and breathe.
Day 5: Enjoy a relaxing bath.
Day 6: Try to go to bed 15 minutes earlier.
Day 7: Start a journal.
Day 8: Try something new (paint, yoga, pottery, cooking...).
Day 9: Do a random act of kindness.
Day 10: Schedule time for a hobby.
Day 11: Buy yourself flowers today.
Day 12: Write 3 things you are grateful for.
Day 13: Exercise, even if it is just 15 minutes.
Day 14: Eat wisely, brightly colored food improves your mood.
Day 15: Meditate for 10 minutes.
Day 16: Take yourself on a date.
Day 17: Play a board game.
Day 18: Paint your nails.
Day 19: Write an affirmation for yourself.
Day 20: Spend and evening with a loved one.
Day 21: Reach out and just chat with a loved one you haven't talked to for awhile.
