Bella Trio Salons (Bella Trio Inc) sends informational SMS text messages to opted-in employees regarding staff events, meetings, schedule changes, and internal company updates. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring informational text messages from Bella Trio Salons. You will receive approximately one (1) to four (4) messages per week; message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for assistance.

SMS opt-in consent and the phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

What Opting In Means

If you opt in, Bella Trio will send approximately one (1) to four (4) text messages per week to the mobile number you provide. Messages are operational and informational only. Your manager will ask for your verbal consent to receive these text messages and will record your opt-in. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

SMS Terms of Service - Effective July 6, 2026

These SMS Terms of Service (the "SMS Terms") govern the text messages that Bella Trio Inc, doing business as Bella Trio Salon and Spa, sends to its staff through the Bella Trio SMS Program. By opting in to receive Bella Trio team text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

The Bella Trio SMS Program is an internal team communications channel for Bella Trio staff. Messages are operational and informational and may include: policy and procedure updates, class and training invitations, event reminders, scheduling notes, RSVP and confirm-receipt requests, and leadership recaps. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Message Frequency

Bella Trio expects to send approximately one (1) to four (4) messages per week. Message frequency may vary based on operational needs.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Bella Trio does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS Program. Any cost from your mobile plan is your responsibility.

4. STOP - How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further Bella Trio team text messages on that mobile number.

You can also opt out by contacting Bella Trio leadership in writing. Opting out of text messages will not affect your employment, pay, benefits, or standing with Bella Trio.

5. HELP - How to Get Support

Reply HELP for support. We will reply with our contact info so you can reach Bella Trio for assistance.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers and Bella Trio do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, and delivery may be delayed by carrier conditions, mobile device settings, or service outages outside Bella Trio's reasonable control.

7. Supported Carriers

The Bella Trio SMS Program is supported on major United States mobile carriers, including:

- AT&T

- Verizon

- T-Mobile

- US Cellular

- Metro by T-Mobile

- Cricket Wireless

- Boost Mobile

- Google Fi

Other regional carriers and major MVNOs may also be supported.

8. Eligibility

The Bella Trio SMS Program is open only to current Bella Trio staff who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have voluntarily opted in to receive these messages via the Bella Trio team SMS opt-in process.

9. Privacy

Bella Trio handles your personal information, including your mobile number and message metadata, in accordance with the Bella Trio Privacy Policy. Bella Trio will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes

Bella Trio may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any change. Continued participation in the SMS Program after an update means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
